out
– E. g. caused by Ozone contact or similar, ef-
fecting a physical change of the spider
– Make sure that physical changes of the spider do
not occur
Tripping by protective
device
– Coil- and terminal short circuit
– Measure insulation resistance
– Start-up time exceeded
– Check start-up conditions
Insufficient delivery rate
– Leakage
– Re-tighten the head screws, regard allowed
torque (see chapter Maintenance).
– Bellow cracked
– Should be repaired by Bühler service or refer to
Replacing bellow and connecting rod-eccentric-
combination.
– Valves damaged or spoiled
– Blow out valves carefully or replace them or refer
to chapter Replacing the inlet and outlet valves.
