adjustable suspension
what it does:
- Explain that the Bugaboo Cameleon is designed for a smooth ride for you and your child.
- Show the suspension in the swivel wheels in front, by placing your foot on the bar and push down.
- Explain that the unique front-wheel suspension has 4 positions which adjusts as your child grows, providing optimal
comfort from infant to toddler.
- Demonstrate the adjustable suspension, by adjusting with the palm of both hands. Explain that the parent should adjust
the suspension with one notch every 4kg (maximum weight of the child can be 17kg).
- Explain that the swivel wheel is designed in such a way that it almost jumps over an obstacle instead of pushing or
bagging against it. Explain that this is the unique Bugaboo feature of “frog-like suspension”.
- Show what happens by pushing the stroller over an obstacle.
benefits:
- Front suspension enables soft steering, resulting in a comfortable and steady ride for you and your child.
- This way, Bugaboo has ensured you’ll have the smoothest ride on every terrain.
- The Frog-like suspension moves backwards and upwards when hitting an obstacle, which allows the stroller to ‘jump’ over
an obstacle. Again resulting in a comfortable and balanced ride.
- A baby needs a different level of suspension than for a 4-year-old. Therefore the wheel is designed in such a way that the
suspension can be adjusted. Resulting in optimal comfort and safety for your child when growing from infant to toddler.
questions you could ask:
- What do you think is the benefit of front suspension?
- Why do you think the suspension is adjustable?
- How important is this all to you?
ways to involve the end-consumer in the demo:
- Let him/her ride over an obstacle.
- Ask him/her how this feels.
