Steam Function
1.
Fill the water tank to the maximum level
2.
Preheat oven to 130C using the Convection Oven setting
3.
Place the rack or baking tray in the desired rack position
4.
Turn the function knob to the Steam Only setting
5.
Select the required temperature
6.
Set the timer to the required time - the oven will begin to work
Combination Oven (Steam and Convection)
1.
Fill the water tank to the maximum level
2.
Preheat oven to the desired temperature using the Convection Oven setting
3.
Place the rack or baking tray in the desired rack position
4.
Turn the function knob to the Combination Oven setting
5.
Select the required temperature
6.
Set the timer to the required time - the oven will begin to work
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

Always turn Off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.

Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.

Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the appliance.
