Operating Instructions
Setting the Timer
The Timer knob also acts as the Power switch. When the Timer is set to
‘0’ the power is Off.
1.
Connect the appliance to the mains power supply.
2.
Set the Timer knob to the required time (0-120 minutes).
Alternatively select ‘Stay On’ for non-stop use
3.
The appliance will begin to heat up to the set temperature (see ‘Setting the Temperature’) and the
Power Indicator light comes on.
4.
When the Timer reaches ‘0’ an audible alarm sounds and the appliance turns Off.
Setting the Temperature
1.
Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the required temperature
(50°C-200°C).
2.
The Temperature Indicator light comes on
Note: Before use ensure that the Water Collection Tray is securley fitted underneath the
unit
Note:This product is classed as a steam-convection oven, an appliance intended for the
cooking of food either by means of direct steam contact or by heated air circulated by
mechanical means within the cooking compartment or by a combination of these two
methods. The pressure within the cooking compartment does not differ significantly from
atmospheric pressure
Note: If the required time is under 20 minutes, the Timer must be turned beyond 20 and
then turned back down to the required setting in order to work.
Note: The Time can be adjusted during cooking if required. Simply adjust the setting as
required using the Timer knob.
Note: When the Oven reaches the set temperature the Temperature Indicator light
turns off.
