SELECTING SANDPAPER

Unplug the power plug from the AC power source before assembly, adjustments, or adding/removing accessories.

This compact PSANDUL Detail Palm Sander is designed to sand the hard-to-reach areas larger sanders cannot touch. The pointed tip gets in tight

spaces that larger sanders cannot reach.

Coated abrasives like sandpaper come in many varieties for a variety of applications. For best results, start your project using coarse grit

sandpaper and finishing with fine grit. When working with wood, sand with the grain.

APPLYING SANDPAPER

Before applying new sandpaper to this Detail Palm Sander, make sure the hook surface is free of debris. Apply new sandpaper to this Detail

Palm Sander by pressing the loop backing on the sandpaper against the hook surface on the sander and pressing firmly. This convenient Detail

Palm Sander does not need clamps or retainer clips to hold the sandpaper in place.

SANDER OPERATION

Unpack product from package and review contents. Keep all packaging until product has been reviewed.

The On/Off switch on the front of the sander starts the sander. Allow the sander to reach full speed before touching the work surface. Always
remove the sander from the work piece before turning off the power switch.

SANDING TIPS

Applying too much pressure can result in damage to the sander, which could result in serious injury.

Always secure the work piece using clamps. Never use your hands to hold the work piece in place.  An unsecured work piece could cause

serious injury.

Double check that your hand is not blocking the cooling vents. Blocking the vents could result in the tool overheating.

Wear safety eyewear and dust filters or respirators while using the tool.

The motor may overheat if run for long periods of time. If the motor begins to show signs of overheating, turn the sander “Off” and allow
the motor to cool before continuing.

Before beginning, check to make sure the sandpaper is held securely in place.

When sanding, sand with the grain and let the sander do the work. Applying too much pressure will cause you to use more sandpaper and may

result in damage to the sander. Move the sander back and forth in a consistent pattern until the desired smoothness or texture of the wood is
achieved. For best results, start sanding with a coarse grade of sandpaper and finish with a fine grade.
