MANUAL SHUTOFF VALVE.
TO TURN OFF GAS TO APPLIANCE
SHUTTING OFF UNIT:
1. Open access panel door, located in lower front center of base for access to control knobs.
2. Set thermostat (flame control) to lowest setting.
2. Turn control knob clockwise to full
“OFF”
position.
3. “Turn off all electrical power to appliance if service is to be performed.”
4. Close access panel door.
SHUTTING OFF BURNER ONLY (pilot stays lit)
1. Open access panel door, located in lower front center of base for access to control knobs.
2. Turn control knob clockwise to
“PILOT”
position.
2. Close access panel door.

Hot while in operation. Do Not Touch. Keep children, clothing, furniture,
gasoline and other liquids having flammable vapors away.

IMPORTANT:
Always operate appliance at completely “ON” or completely “OFF”
positions. Never use the heater at a setting between these positions as this can result in
improper combustion and excessive carbon monoxide emissions.
