INSTRUCTIONS
To Install the BuckWheel to the Outer Strap of the WPFPD:
A. Remove the two screws from the BuckWheel assembly.
B. Remove the Back Plate to expose the strap slot.
C. Mount the Body / Wheel Assembly to the center of the Outer Strap by placing the Outer Strap in the top
of the strap slot of the Body / Wheel Assembly then press the strap into the bottom of the slot (Fig. 1a).
Caution:
Make sure that the Body / Wheel Assembly is mounted so that the wheel will be against
the pole and that the end of the assembly with the brass rollers is towards the ground (Fig. 1b).
D. Slide the Back Plate and the Body / Wheel Assembly together ensuring that the tapered pockets of the
Back Plate properly engage with the corresponding tabs of the Body / Wheel Assembly then align the holes
(Fig 2a).
E. Insert the two screws and securely tighten using the supplied hex head wrench (Fig 2b).

NOTE: When re-adjusting the WPFPD hardware locators to the 3
and 9 o’clock positions it will be necessary to adjust the
BuckWheel so that it is always at the rear of the pole
(12 o’clock position).
