Tap on the Specify an IP address radio button. 
 
Type in an IP address.  Note  -  if the keyboard is in the 
way, drag it above so the ip window is visible.  Tap in the ip 
window before typing. 
 
Fill in the correct Subnet Mask and also the Default Gate-
way.  The default gateway has to be the IP address of the 
router. 

 
Plug in a network cable and the network icon should become active.

Step 4:  (VNC Setup) 
 

VNC is used for remote communications.  It allows the user to view the TPC using a 
web browser or VNC viewer on a cell phone. 
 

At any time, the main program can be toggled to 
full screen or minimized by tapping the icon.
