Swings and slides shall not be installed over concrete, asphalt or any other hard
surface.

Children must ALWAYS remain securely seated, in the keep forward facing
position when sliding.
DO NOT lay down, slide from a standing position, or slide down the chute
back-wards.
DO NOT allow children to stand on the slide top.
DO NOT use in adverse weather conditions, while the seats are wet, or in poorly lit
conditions.
DO NOT move the product with child inside.
FALL HAZARD: Children have the risk of suffering injuries after falling from the
slide and swing. To prevent falls, parents should make the following measures:
Stay in arm’s reach of your children.
Always secure this product to support frame by connecting articles.
Changing areas are not designed for children playing.
CHOKING HAZARD: Keep medication and small items that could choke a child
away from the playhouse.
