Selects the ratio of sleep cycles to awake
cycles (1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1). The higher the
number the longer the battery lasts. When
enabled, a word or two might be missed
when the frequency being monitored
becomes active.

When TDR is set to ON, an 'S' is indicated in the
status display --- The selected display can be forced
back to [A] or [B] using menu 34 --- TDR should be set
to OFF when manually programming --- TDR is
inhibited while scanning is in operation
