Log File Collection



The following screen appears when the

Log File Collection

in the

Settings

menu is selected.



Log files can be saved by clicking on “collect log files” button. The default location would be

desktop. (Or)



Choose the destination folder path using the browser folder button.



Click on Collect log files button. Loader will be displayed.



A dialog box appears that shows where the files are being saved on the computer
