Installation notes
The strobe light is typically wall or ceiling mounted with cable entry into it via an existing surface mounted electrical box or wall opening.
It can be used in exterior or interior locations.
In exterior locations, the unit may be subject to water spray provided the rear wiring cavity is properly sealed against the wall and the supplied gasket is
utilised to prevent water ingress.

Installation procedure
1. Fit the unit back plate in the desired position on either the wall or ceiling.
2. Feed the RJ45 cable through the pre drilled holes on the back plate.
3. Connect RJ45 jack from POE network switch or non-PoE network and 48V 350 mA IEEE 802.3af compliant power injector.
4. Using the Purple cross over cable, connect the laptop to the SIP Unit.(Fig. 2). Connect to the unit default IP address : 10.30.6.46 or if connected to a
DHCP server the unit will be assigned an IP address.
5. Login using the default Login password : algo, and you will access the main configuration page (see in connection diagram).
6. By accessing the Basic settings section you will gain access to the SIP and Features pages and allow you to set the extension and flash pattern as per the
customers requirements (See overleaf for details).
7. Fit the optional (supplied) coloured lens caps as required.
