the telephone number, date and time of the last person who
called you.
To return the call you will be prompted to press

Notes for your guidance

In some cases the number of the last caller will not be
available.
The BT exchange will provide a voice announcement stating
either:
“You were called at ‘date and time’. We do not have the
caller’s number to return the call”.
OR
“You were called at ‘date and time’. The caller withheld
their number”
