Friends and Family
Your Easicom 100 makes it easy to add or
change numbers for discounts with BT’s
Friends & Family scheme. The telephone
number of the Friends & Family service is
pre-programmed into your Easicom 100.
You will need to follow these steps
to put in your telephone number
and your customer number before
you contact Friends and Family with
your Easicom 100.
Select

to select Friends & Family.
Highlight

Press the
edit
button.
KEYPAD
Enter your telephone number.
Press the
DOWN
button to highlight
CUST NO
.
KEYPAD
Enter your BT CUSTOMER
NUMBER .(This number appears
on the top right hand corner of
your bill.)
Press the
OK
button to save.
