Recording memos
You can leave memo messages on your Diverse
1015. You have the same time to record a
memo as currently set for incoming messages.
The factory setting is 120 seconds.
To record a memo
•
Press the
RECORD
button on the base unit
and the handset rings.
•
Answer the call at the handset. The voice
says
‘Recording message’
. You hear a beep.
•
Speak your memo message.
•
Press the
PHONE
button on the handset or
the
STOP
button to stop recording.
The message counter logs your memo.
The total recording time for messages and memos is
12 minutes.

You can use the handset to select the
maximum length of time callers have to leave
their message. The factory setting is 120
seconds.
