To change the base station
name
You can rename the preset base
station names which appear on
your screen. This lets your
display permanently show a
more meaningful name for your
base station, for example,
Kitchen
,
Study
,
Office
.
Press the
MENU
button.
Press the
DOWN
arrow to
highlight
Base Settings
.
Press the
OK
button.
Scroll to highlight the base that
you want to rename.
Press the
MORE OPTIONS
button.
Highlight
Chnge Base Name
.
Press the
OK
button.
Press the
DELETE
button until
the old name has gone.
Enter the new name.
Press the
MORE OPTIONS
button.
Save Entry
is highlighted. If you
do not want to save the changes
highlight
Cancel
.
Press the
OK
button,
a confirmation beep is heard.
