Bluetooth is a technology for wireless communication between devices at distances of
less than 10 meters and uses the unlicensed 2.4 GHz frequency band.

Bluetooth Communication Processing

The 2.4 GHz band used by Bluetooth compatible devices is the radio band shared by
various types of devices.
•
Bluetooth compatible devices use technology that minimizes the impact on other
components that use the same wireless band, but these effects can reduce communication
speed and distance, and in some cases intercept communications.
•
The signal transmission rate and the distance that can be communicated depend on the
distance between the communicating devices, the presence of obstacles, the propagation
state, and the device type.

BSL does not guarantee that all wireless connections between this unit and the device
are compatible with Bluetooth functionality.
