EMERGENCY OPERATION
To perform manual operation of lift:
1 . Rotate and lift cap covering tail shaft
in order to access motor shaft .
2 . Turn the key switch to OFF .
2 . Slide the emergency crank on the end
of the motor shaft as shown .
3 . Rotate the crank:
•
clockwise to raise
platform;
•
counterclockwise to lower
platform .
NOTE
:
A 3/8" electric drill
may be used to
crank shaft during
emergency
operation .
MAINTENANCE
Bruno recommends having a qualified
Bruno dealer clean, inspect and perform
any necessary repairs and adjustments at
least every twelve (12) months .
Maintenance is recommended more often
if the lift is used (a) many times per day
and/or (b) in harsh environments .
WARNING

electrical system BEFORE working on the
vehicle. Vehicle OEMs have model specific
requirements about battery disconnection
when performing work on a vehicle.
Disconnecting batteries incorrectly or working
on a vehicle with batteries improperly in
the circuit MAY cause loss of vehicle data,
damage vehicle wiring system or even
cause airbags to deploy. This information
can be found in the VEHICLE OWNER’S
MANUAL or the VEHICLE REPAIR GUIDE.
