Hardware

The recommended WLAN system for the pass-by system is based on the Ubiquiti

®

family of high performance WLAN units. These units benefit from using PoE which

means that they can be connected to, and powered directly from the front end with a

simple Ethernet Cat 6 cable.
The WLAN system contains the items shown in Table 6.1 as well as included Ubiquiti

software.
