THIS WARRANTY IS APPLIED:
•
Naturally worn parts and finishing items sucha as: running belt, deck, motor bearing,
elastic cushions, belt, heart rate system, shroud and plastic finishes, stickers, saddle,
foam seat or backrest, transport wheels,;
•
Products repaired or modified by third parties, without prior written authorization by
Brudden;
•
Products used in places with high temperature fluctuations and humidity such as
saunas and close to heated pools, or that suffer direct salt spray;
•
Damage to electrical and electronic parts caused by electrical discharges and elarge
voltage variations in the power grid outside the range indicated in the operating
instructions use or failure of the necessary basic and preventive MAINTENANCE as
described also in the manual;
•
Software Update (PROM);
•
Repairs performed in MOVEMENT products without the series number or with altered
or damaged identification;
•
No travel or technical service for product installation and assembly or instruction to
owners on how to use the product.
•
The service of the Brudden Limited Warranty can be obtained by contacting an
authorized dealer or the one from whom the product was purchased. The expenses
related to the transportation of the product to the authorized point and travel
(technical visit) by the Authorized Assistant will be borne by the Buyer, whether or not
the product is under warranty.
•
Liability for the warranty is limited to the repair, modification or replacement of the
product.
•
Brudden shall not be liable for damages to persons, third parties, other equipment,
facilities,loss of profits and consequential damages.
•
Brudden reserves the right to suspend the manufacture of the equipment at any time
and without prior notice, modify its specifications and make improvements without
incurring the obligation to make such improvements in products previously
manufactured.
COMPONENTS/PARTS/ACCESSORIES INSTALLATION
The components and/or parts that might have been installed by Brudden or through
authorized technical assistant within the manufacturing warranty period of the
equipment, will have a warranty identical to that of the equipment on which they
were installed or assembled.
Components and / or parts that for some reason were not installed by Brudden or
through an authorized technical assistant as part of the original sale of the equipment,
the warranty will be limited to 90 (ninety) days, the same legal warranty of the
Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days .
AN ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL BE REQUIRED IN ANY CASE.
