Step 1
Connect 2 right and 2 left legs.
Legs have two holes used
to attach the supports and bottom holes to attach wheel axes. Legs with
holes for attaching wheel axes should be located on the right.
Step 2
Put the bottom shelf on shelf hooks.
Insert the shelf hooks into the upper holes located on the inner side of
legs.
Step 3
Insert the wheel axle through the holes in right-hand side legs.
Slide wheels over the ends of protruding axes.
Step 4
Install the supports on the sides of the legs. The shorter one of the
parallel sides of the element to be fixed should be at the top.
Step 5
Attach the main chamber to the legs of the smoker.
Half-hole should be located on the left side.
Step 6
Mount the 2 horizontal supports of the wooden shelf to the main chamber.
(nuts should be mounted on the chamber side) and 2 diagonal supports of the wooden shelf
should be mounted to smoker legs
Step 7
Mount the wooden shelf to horizontal and diagonal supports.
Step 8
Screw the handle and baffle up to side chamber.
Step 9
Attach the side chamber to main chamber at the half-hole level located in
the main chamber. Using an additional support, connect the
side chamber with shorter parallel side of the legs support.
The connecting support should be directed outwards so it
clamps the support in legs.
Step 10
Mount the chimney on the side of the main chamber and the roof to
the chimney.
Step 11
Attach the ash pan flange to the main chamber, mount the handle in
the ash pan and push the ash pan into the flange.
