SAFETY PRINCIPLES
· When using the smoker it is necessary to adhere to precautions related
to fire safety and operation of devices that heat up strongly and generate high
temperatures.
· The smoker may be used outdoors only. It is not allowed to use it in rooms,
tents, trailers, or under roofing that may generate a risk of fire.
The optimal solution is a separate roofed location that ensures convenient
smoking and safe operation. We recommend a place shaded against
excessive insolation.
· If the smoker stands in “open air”, it should not be started during intensive
precipitation or during a storm.
· The smoker should not be used in any way that would be onerous
to neighbours / bystanders.
· Prior to being used, the smoker should be placed vertically on an even,
stable, and non-flammable substrate, in a spot shielded against wind,
and in safe distance from flammable items and materials.
· Use gel fuel as kindling – do not use spirits, gasoline, kerosene, denatured
alcohol, or other substances that create the hazard of uncontrolled flame.
· Using flammable agents that are not intended for use during the smoking
process is hazardous, may cause body injury or a fire, may degrade
the flavour of the food smoked or even cause it to become poisonous.
· When filling the burners, it is necessary to remain cautious and take care
not to overfill them.
· The smoker with burning fuel must not be left unattended.
· Do not move the device during the smoking process.
· Keep the hot smoker out of reach of children and pet animals.
· The smoker must not be used near flammable materials, explosive,
fireworks, etc.
· It is forbidden to use spray containers near the hot smoker.
· Keep a safe distance from a hot smoker and do not touch active burners
or other hot parts of the device.
