To ensure proper long-term operation and measurement accuracy of the scale,
please read this user’s guide and follow recommendations regarding the use of this
unit.

Remove the safety strip or install a new battery.

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface (floor works best).

Step gently on the scale, placing your feet evenly near the center of the plate, and
standing still, wait until the scale displays result of the measurement.
The scale will deactivate automatically after a couple of seconds of inactivity.

Daily weighing at a fixed hour recommended.
(Best between 7 PM and 9 PM). To change weight units, press the “UNIT” button
