7.3 RGTF/RGTKF commissioning
with FE receiver
Set up wireless connection
Note: Carry out the wireless connection with loose components near the FE recei-
ver to ensure that all components are within range.
In order to set up the wireless connection between the FE receiver and RGTF/
RGTKF room controller, the following conditions must be met:
- the FE receiver must be correctly connected at the boiler
- the batteries of the RGTF/RGTKF room controller must be inserted correctly
The wireless connection to the RGTF/RGTKF is established as follows:
1. Hold down the key on the FE receiver until the LEDs and illuminate
2. At the RGTF/RGTKF room controller, call up the menu option
"Wireless"
at the
setting level
"Commissioning (I)"
3. Select
"Binding"
(prog. no. 120)
4. Select option
"Yes"
to start building the connection

Note: The status of the connection process will be shown in the display of the
RGTF/RGTKF room controller. Connection has been made when the LED flashes a
few times on the FE receiver and then illuminates permanently.

Test wireless connection
The wireless connection to the RGTF/RGTKF is tested as follows:
1. Hold down the key on the FE receiver until the LEDs and illuminate
2. At the RGTF/RGTKF room controller, call up the menu option
