Push arm rib "A" to the rear, then shift the document feed roller ASSY to the right and
upwards.

(2)

Push arm rib "B" to the rear, then shift the document ejection roller ASSY to the right
and upwards.

Remove the five screws.

(2)

Unlatch the pawl "a" by hand.

(3)

While lifting up the inner cover, unlatch the four pawls "b" and "c."

NOTE: Take care not to scratch or drop the cover glass on the scanner frame ASSY.
