3.9.7 The Gas Supply
1. The gas supply can be fed to the
appliance from underneath. Care should
be taken to sleeve the pipe when
passing through masonry.
2. An 8mm isolating valve (with a pressure
test point) has been supplied with this
fire to facilitate isolation of the fire during
servicing.
3. The gas supply to the fire must be
carried out using rigid or semi-rigid
tubing.
4. Connect the outlet of the isolating valve
to the inlet of the control valve on the fire
tray. The outlet on the isolating valve is
the one nearest to the pressure test
point.
