9. Allow yourself to slide back towards the front of the machine and push your arms
forward to begin the motion again.
10. This rowing motion will become more smooth with practice. It is a great workout
for your arms, legs and core.
11. As you get used to the machine and the motion, adjust the resistance with the
RESISTANCE KNOB to challenge yourself.
12. Create different workouts by altering the length of time and changing the resistance.
13. Time yourself or work out for the length of your favorite TV show or movie.
