Note: The Controller Mode and valve type are determined at the time of
order. Mechanical parts must be changed to convert modes or valve types.
Upstream Controller Mode -
The controller is set to maintain the
upstream process pressure constant, independent of downstream
pressure or flow variations (ref. Fig. 1-6). This is factory configured.
Downstream Controller Mode
The controller is set to maintain the
downstream process pressure constant, independent of upstream
pressure or flow variations. This is factory configured.
Normally Open/Normally Closed Control Valve
- Both Normally Open
(N.O.) and Normally Closed (N.C.) configurations are available. Normally
Closed is the standard valve type. The Normally Open valve may be
specified when Safety, Operation or Process considerations warrant this
type of valve.
Voltage Inputs/Outputs
are factory configured and available on the
analog version of the device. This must be specified when ordered.
