Regulatory Compliance and Declaration of Conformity
The FluidX XSD-1 Semi-Automatic Single Tube Capper/Decapper meets the requirements of the
European Union’s Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive
2014/30/EU, and 2011/65/EU Directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment. In accordance with the directives, Brooks
Automation has issued a Declaration of Conformity and the FluidX XSD-1 Semi-Automatic Single
Tube Capper/Decapper has a CE mark affixed.
