Safety Alerts Defined
Danger, Warning, and Caution alerts are integral parts of this manual and are also located on,
and in, the PFC. Danger, Warning, and Caution alerts must be read carefully, understood
thoroughly, and observed at all times. If this equipment is used in a manner not specified, the
protection provided by the equipment may be impaired. Pictorial hazard alerts affixed to the PFC
are in accordance with ANSI, FDA, SEMI, and (where applicable) IEC standards. Pictorial
hazard alerts follow the format shown in Figure 3.
Table 5 describes what the different safety alerts look like.
