3.2 Care, Storage and Maintenance
For longer term storage of the battery, (if left
unused for more than 6 weeks, please do not
leave it in a fully charged state as this can sub-
stantially reduce the total capacity of the battery
prematurely. It is better to leave the battery in a
30%-50% charge level for longer durations when
not in use.
Caution:
•
Store the MB Battery charger in a dry place without direct
sunlight.
•
Store the MB Battery charger in a safe place out of the reach
of children.
•
The optimum storage temperature is between 10ºC and 25ºC
(- 45ºC to + 50ºC Max.)
•
For longer periods of non-use over 6 months, it is recom-
mended to charge the battery at least once in 3 months, in
order to keep its life expectancy as long as possible.
