This Door is installed on the
bottom Outside Ladder section at
the Unload. Plan whether your
Ladder Door is to be LEFT- or
RIGHT-opening
before
attaching
the Door assembly to the Ladder.
The Door may be secured with a
padlock (not included).

1. Bolt the Upper and Lower Hinge Assemblies (Item 2) to the
Door (Item 1) with two 5/8'' Carriage Bolts (Item 5) (heads
outside
) and Lock Nuts (Item 8)
inside

2. Install the Handle (Item 4) on the Door with two 5/16'' Bin
Seal Bolts (Item 7), heads
outside
and Lock Nuts
(Item 8)
inside
.
3. Bolt the two Hinge Assemblies to the Ladder Rail with two
5/16'' Hex Head Bolts (Item 6), heads toward
inside
of the
Ladder, and Lock Nuts (Item 8). See
Detail A
.
4. Bolt the Lock Bracket (Item 3) to the opposite Ladder Rail.
It is installed either above or below the Door Handle. Use
two 5/16'' Hex Head Bolts (Item 6), heads
inside
the Ladder,
and Lock Nuts (Item 8). The Lock Bracket flange should be
turned toward the back (bin side) of the Ladder, to line up
with one of the round holes in the Door.
