Manual cleaning
Ensure that the deep fryer is unplugged before cleaning
The cover can be removed as shown for easier cleaning.
Wash the basket and the oil compartment with soapy water.
IMPOTANT: NEVER WET THE ELECTRICAL PART OF THE UNIT.
Refit all parts once they are completely dry.
The inner pot is removable, please install it as below pictures. Be focus on the direction, put the
pot into the housing. After confirm the installation is stable. Pour the oil into the bowl and plug in
the deep fryer.
