Using the 3 screws removed from

, install the metal shutoff plate
on top of the hood.

From the top of the hood, slide out the plastic air deviator and
discard.

Press the metal shutoff plate on a flat surface to completely
flatten bent flange.

Remove the metal shutoff plate from the back of the hood, by
removing the 3 screws. Set aside scews.
