Check clearances around the Thumb side plates & nuts/bolts
(Various opening) no point of contact should be noticed except for
the Bucket\the jaw of the Thumb.
This a location also needs to verify, retract fully the cylinder and check for
clearance. Extend fully the cylinder and check for clearances.

Important Safety:
If there is a point of contact (hydraulic
fitting/lines) or sign of metal fatigue, do not continue to
use the thumb, until the problem is fixed.

Check everything out for clearances & binding. Recheck nuts &
bolts after the first use & every month afterward.
