To Replace Bulb

Only use Brinkmann halogen bulb that is designed for the

L.E.D./Halogen spotlight as a replacement. Use of any other bulb may

result in poor performance and may damage your spotlight.

NOTE:

Handling the bulb can leave oil from your fingers on the bulb.

To extend the life of the new bulb and maximize brightness,

gently clean off bulb with soft cloth or tissue. Make sure the

reflector does not touch or bend the bulb while replacing

spotlight head.

Step 1:

Disconnect spotlight from charger.

Step 2:

Remove front rubber cap from barrel of spotlight.

Step 3:

Unscrew the glass lens retainer as illustrated.

Step 4:

Pull lens and reflector away from rear housing.

Step 5:

Squeeze the wire retainer ends together and lift up as illustrated.

Step 6:

Pull old bulb straight out of reflector assembly.

Step 7:

To install new bulb, grasp the bulb from the metal end (DO NOT

TOUCH THE GLASS PART) and insert into the reflector

assembly.

Step 8:

Replace wire retainer by squeezing ends together while pressing

down. Release ends so that they catch on the reflector

assembly.

Step 9:

To reassemble, place the reflector and lens in the rear housing.

Screw the glass lens retainer onto the rear housing.

Step 10:

Replace rubber cap.

WARNING:

Do not touch the lamps when light is on or if it was recently

on. The lamps will be hot and could cause serious burns.
