Operating your Breville Pancake Creations

continued

Care, Cleaning & Storage

Open the Pancake Creations and the pancakes

will finish cooking on the raised heating plates.

This allows you to pour batter for the next

pancakes into the cooking wells (Fig.5).

When the pancakes are cooked and golden

brown, remove from the raised heating plates

using a plastic spatula.

Do not use metal utensils as they will scratch

the non-stick cooking surface.

Note

Once the batter in the cooking wells has

bubbled you can repeat the steps above until

you have the desired number of golden brown

pancakes.

Before cleaning, turn the power off at the

power outlet and then remove the plug. Allow

your Pancake Creations to cool down slightly

before cleaning. The Pancake Creations is

easier to clean when slightly warm.
Always clean the Pancake Creations after each

use to prevent a build up of baked-on foods.
Wipe cooking plates and heating wells with a

damp cloth. If baked on foods cannot removed

by this method, brush with a little oil or melted

butter. Allow to stand for five minutes and then

wipe with a damp cloth.
If residue build-up occurs, lightly brush with

lemon juice and wipe with a damp cloth.

The cooking wells and heating plates are

coated with a non-stick surface, do not use

abrasives as this may damage the cooking

plates.

Note

Do not use spray-on non-stick coatings as this

will affect the performance of the non-stick

surface.
