1.3.1 DESCRIPTION
The mod. «mekfarmer
180
K» rotary harrow consists of a central framework ( 1 Fig. 1 ), with three-point coupling that hitches to
a harrow unit. The machine only operates when hitched to a tractor with an adequate power rating (see technical specifications
for the specific power). The power required to operate the machine is transmitted by the tractor through the driveline (with CE
marking) which engages with the central transmission unit (
5 Fig. 1 ) and operates the various tine rotors ( 10 Fig. 1 ).
1.3.2 USE
The mod. «mekfarmer
180
K» rotary harrow is solely designed for use in agriculture in order to prepare, work and break up
the soil. One single person seated in the driver’s seat of the tractor is able to carry out all the various operations. Any other
use of the machine differing from the explanations given in this manual relieves for Manufacturer from all and every liability
for deriving damage to persons, animals or property.
1.4 IDENTIFICATION
Each machine is provided with an identification plate ( 18 Fig. 1 ) with the following data:
