4.1.4 Setting a password
IMPORTANT:
If you activate password protection, you will
only be able to access the stored data and menu after
entering your chosen password. So be sure to remember
your password. Password protection is disabled by the
factory. To set a password and thus restrict access to the
camera menu, follow the following steps:
a) Press
MENU
to access the setup menu.
b) Press or to select the “
camera settings
” menu
and confirm your selection with
OK
.
c) Press or to choose a
PASSWORD
.
d) Press to select
ON
.
e) Press
OK
to access (enter password).
f) Press or to change any value and to go to the
next position.
g) Confirm your entry with
OK
.
h) Press
MENU
to exit the selection screen.
4.1.5 Setting timer
Please note that the start and stop time (24h clock) can
only be effective when the timer is set to
ON
.
a) Press
MENU
to access the setup menu.
b) Press or to select the “
camera settings
” menu
and confirm your selection with
OK
.
c) Press or to select
Timer
.
d) Press to select
ON
.
e) Press to select item, press or to change the
value.
f) Confirm your entry with
OK
.
g) Press
MENU
to return to previous menu.
4.1.6 Set PIR sensitivity
Note:
It is recommended to use
NORMAL
mode.
The following steps show how to set PIR sen-
sitivity to
Low
provided that the previous option is
NORMAL
.
a) Press
MENU
to access the setup menu.
b) Press or to select the “
camera settings
” menu
and confirm your selection with
OK
