PREPARATION FOR USE
WINDING – TIME-SETTING
NB : watches with a date indicator window are equipped with a
complex mechanism that is set into motion between 8 pm and
1 am. It is therefore vital to avoid any fast date adjustments
during this period.
1. Unscrew the water-resistant crown anti-clockwise.
2. Pull the crown out to position 2, and turn it anti-
clockwise to adjust the calendar to the day prior to
the activation date.
3. Pull the crown out to position 3. Turn the hands past
midnight so as to make the calendar jump to the
correct date. Then adjust the hour and minute. In this
position, the seconds hand is motionless (stop-seconds
function).
4. Push the crown back to position 1. Press it lighty,
turning it gently clockwise, then tighten it again until
you feel some resistance. Do not force !
