The crown I has four positions:
1. Secured position
2. Winding position
3. Rapid date correction
4. Time-setting position
The crown II has three positions:
1. Secured position
2. Neutral position
3. Alarm-setting position
Rewinding the watch and the
alarm signal:
Release the crown I by turning it
downwards (
▼ ▼
) until it reaches posi-
tion 2 . This position enables manual
winding of the watch and the alarm by
rotating the crown upwards (
▲ ▲
),
about 57 turns. Then, secure the
crown by turning it upwards (
▲ ▲
).
Subsequently, the movements of the wrist
will automatically rewind the watch and
the alarm signal. When the watch is not
being worn, it will stop after about 45
hours.
Setting the time
(H and M):
Release the crown I by turning it
downwards (
▼ ▼
), then pull it to posi-
tion 4 to set the watch to the required
time. Turn the crown clockwise (
▲ ▲
), to
advance the hour and minute hands to
the required time.
If you change the time by more than 12
hours, look for the advance of the date
indicator to set the new time as AM or
PM.
