ERROR CODES AND TROUBLESHOOTING

E0 No cookware on the
hob.
Non-compatible
cookware for induction
cooker.
Put the cookware on
the hob.
Use suitable cookware
for induction cookers.
E1 Low voltage in the
mains.
Check the mains
voltage or wait until
the mains voltage
returns to normal
before switching the
cooker on.
E2 Higher voltage in the
mains.
Check the mains
voltage or wait until
the mains voltage
returns to normal
before switching the
cooker on.
E3 Malfunction of the hob
temperature sensor
Please, apply to an
authorized service
center.
E4 Sensor malfunction
of the heatsink of the
control transistor.
Please, apply to an
authorized service
center.
E5 Hob overheating Wait until it cools down
before switching it on
again.
E6 Control transistor
heatsink overheating.
Check the ventilation
grid, clean it if
necessary.
Cooling fan
malfunction, please,
