Charging
The best environmental temperature for char g in g is between
15 °C and 35 °C.
• Usin g the special cord set, connect the shaver to an
electrical outlet with the motor switched off.
• When char g in g for the first time, leave the shaver to
char g e continuously for 4 hours. The g reen char g in g
li g ht (5) shows that the shaver is bein g char g ed. When
the battery is fully char g ed, the char g in g li g ht intermit-
tently blinks on and off. This indicates that the battery
maintains its full capacity.
• A full char g e provides 30 minutes of cordless shavin g
time dependin g on your beard g rowth.
• Once the shaver is completely char g ed, dischar g e the
shaver throu g h normal use. Then rechar g e to full ca-
pacity. Subsequent char g es will take about 1 hour.
• Maximum battery capacity will only be reached after
several char
g in g /dischar g in g cycles.
• If the rechar g eable batteries are dischar g ed, you may
also shave by connectin g the shaver to an electrical
outlet via the special cord set.
Shaving
Remove the foil protection cap (1).
Activate the on/off switch (6). The floatin g foil frame
automatically adapts to your skin surface for a close,
smooth shave.
For pre-shavin g after a few days of not havin g shaved, use
the wide shaper (4a) to pre-cut lon g hairs. For a close,
smooth shave, finish with the foil.
