lifted

Is the hydraulic stop/slow return control dial in 

all the way right?

Turn  the  hydraulic  stop/slow  return  control 

dial to left

Is the transmission fluid level low?

Refill the transmission fluid.

Is the air taken in the intake pipe system?

Tighten  the  filter  case  or  connection  parts. 

Replace the pipe or O-ring if damaged.

Is the oil filter clogged?

Clean or replace it.

Is the hydraulic pump defective?
