The
Maximum Baud Rate Setting
for all ports on the card may also be set
from this window. This settting will make the maximum baud rates of all the
ports on this card equal to whatever is set. Individual ports may have their
settings changed as shown in Port Settings

Using the right-hand mouse button click on the
My Computer
icon on your
desktop. Click on
Properties.
Click on the Device Manager tab
Double clicking on a Velocity RS485 Port entry from the entry
"Ports (Com &
LPT)"
branch in
Device Manager
will the display general properties window
for the selected port (in this case COM5).
