Creating Documents With Templates
• Text prompt: The text prompt screen allows you to type single text
objects, create new text list objects, or use existing text list objects.
Creating a text list allows you to enter a list of text items that will be
applied to the same text object in multiple documents. The text items you
enter create a mini-database that prints a new document for each item in the
list. If you want to create multiple documents from a previously saved text
list, you can select the
Use text list option in any Text prompt.
For example, if you had three text list items, one document would print for
each item in the text list.
Note: You must press ENTER after each item in the list or the items will be
treated as one text item.

a text list, be
sure to press
ENTER
between items.
