The griddle does not light
No spark when the ignition is

POSSIBLE CAUSES
There is not gas flowing to the
griddle.
There is a blocking on the air or gas
flow
Faulty battery
Battery in wrong direction
Dirt or dust present in the area
Incorrect gas supply or gas type
Fuel hose be bent or kinked
Burners need cleaning
LP gas supply may be low or empty
Faulty batteries
Batteries in wrong direction
Enameled cast iron cooking plate
positioned incorrectly
Grease tray positioned incorrectly
WHAT TO DO
Check gas supply and connections
Ensure no air is trapped in the gas line
Check all openings for blockages
Change the battery
Confirm direction of the battery
Change to a less dusty area and
check for obstructions
Confirm gas supply and type
Check hose is routed correctly
Clean burners
Replace tank if needed
Change the batteries
Confirm direction of the batteries
Confirm enameled cast iron cooking
plate positioning
Confirm grease tray positioning
