Quick Start
1.
Rotate the BWR onto the tripod or other mounting device
2.
Switch on unit at toggle switch ‘5’
IMPORTANT!
It is imperative that the unit is completely stationary and pointed to a static object
when switching on and during initialising. Movement or incoming signals will effect
the calibration process!
3. Following initialisation the default screen will appear on the LCD screen
Limit:
xx ACTIVE
Speed: yy kmh
Where xx = The current trigger speed limit
Where yy = Speed of last vehicle detected or default value 10kmh
4. Press the mode button ‘2’
IMPORTANT!
The buttons are touch sensitive but require a firm press
Change Setting:
Pager active
Selecting Up Arrow ‘3’ to activate
Or
Down Arrow ‘4’ to deactivate
5. Press the mode button ‘2’ twice to enter the data logging option screen
IMPORTANT!
The device will always return to the default screen
Change Settings:
Logging ON
Selecting Up Arrow ‘3’ to activate
Or
Down Arrow ‘4’ to deactivate
6. Press the mode button ‘2’ three times to enter the speed limit option screen
Change Settings:
Speed Limit: xx
Where xx = Current speed trigger value.
Selecting Up Arrow ‘3’ to increase speed trigger
Or
Down Arrow ‘4’ to reduce speed trigger
7. Press the mode button ‘2’ four times to enter the unit of measurement kph/mph
Set MPH or KPH
Measuring in xx
Where xx = current unit of measure
