The Bowdens Cable Core Identifier is designed as a simple 
tool to correctly identify the phase rotation of a three phase 
cable at a remote point on a known cable.  Follow these 
simple instructions for operation. 

 

WARNING:    

 

1. Do not connect the CCI  to a cable that has not been fully 

discharged.  Damage WILL be caused and is not covered 
under our warranty. 
 

2. Only use an Industrial  Alkaline PP3 battery of the type 

supplied with the instrument.
