Injury and possible death can occur while sitting in ar-
eas of the boat that are not designated for seating.
Gunwales, sterndeck and portions of the bow should
not be used for sitting while underway. Movement of
passengers on the deck should be limited to decrease
the chances of slipping or falling while underway.
